摘要:
为完善煤矿企业内部安全监管体系,协调安全投入和监管的行为决策,对企业领导决策者和监督管理者的行为决策进行演化博弈分析。构建领导决策者和监督管理者的双群体演化博弈模型;根据博弈模型建立复制动态方程,通过雅可比矩阵对其进行局部稳定性分析并讨论系统的演化稳定策略(ESS);应用数值模拟分析验证博弈模型和结论。结果表明:安全投入、监管处罚对于领导决策者和监督管理者的安全监管策略演化具有显著影响;事故发生率、监管成本等因素对于安全监管策略演化会产生影响。通过合理调整监管和处罚力度可以引导企业安全生产的策略选择,为企业安全管理工作提供理论指导。
Abstract:
In order to improve the interior safety supervision system of coal mine enterprises and coordinate the behavioral decision of safety input and supervision,the evolutionary game analysis was conducted on the behavioral decision of enterprise leading decision-maker and supervisor.A two-group evolutionary game model of leading decision-maker and supervisor was constructed.A copy dynamic equation was established according to the game model,then its local stability was analyzed and the evolutionary stability strategy (ESS) of the system was discussed by Jacobian matrix.The numerical simulation was applied to analyze and verify the game model and conclusions.The results showed that the safety input and supervision penalty had significant impact on the evolution of safety supervision strategies of leading decision-maker and supervisor.At the same time,the accident rate,supervision cost and other factors had a certain impact on the evolution of safety supervision strategy.The reasonable adjustment of supervision and severity of penalty could guide the strategy choice of enterprise work safety.It provides theoretical guidance for the safety management of enterprises.
