摘要:
围绕煤矿企业安全管理能力的内涵,对影响煤矿安全管理能力的风险因素进行了定量分析,识别出安全行政管理能力、安全行为管理能力、安全技术管理能力、安全信息管理能力、安全创新管理能力五个方面16项主要因素。以安全行为管理能力因素为内源潜变量,其他四个方面因素为外源潜变量,构建煤矿安全管理能力风险因素结构方程模型,揭示出该风险因素群对煤矿企业安全管理能力的综合影响,以及具体的影响路径。此研究为煤矿企业实现本质化安全提供决策依据。
Abstract:
According to the connotation of safety management capability in coal mine enterprise, the risk factors influencing the safety management capability was quantitatively analyzed. The main capability factors including 5 aspects and 16 items were identified, and the 5 aspects were safety administrative management ability, safety behavior management ability, safety technology management ability, safety information management ability and safety innovation management ability. Taking safety behavior management capability as endogenous variables, and the other four factors as exogenous variables, a structural equation model on risk factors of coal mine safety management was established. The model reveals the comprehensive influences of the risk factors cluster on safety management capability and the specific influence paths. It provides decision-making reference for essence safety of coal mine enterprises.
