摘要:
以施工企业员工安全能力为中介变量,构建了安全投资与安全绩效的结构方程模型。采用探索性因子分析和结构方程分析的方法,对上述模型进行了实证分析,分析结果表明:员工安全能力(员工安全行为水平、安全意识等)对结果绩效(发生事故次数、伤亡人数、经济损失)和安全系统(系统安全制度、安全等级、安全纠纷次数)有显著的正相关关系,安全教育投资和事故防治投资对员工安全能力有显著的正相关关系,安全教育投资和安全管理投资对安全系统有显著的正相关关系,劳动保护投资对结果绩效有显著的正相关关系,而安全技术投资与安全绩效关系不显著。
Abstract:
Taking the personnel safety capability of construction enterprise as mediating variable, a structural equation model including safety investment and safety performance was established. The methods of exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and structural equation model (SEM) were used to conduct empirical research on the model. The results showed that the personnel safety capacity (safety behavior level, safety awareness, etc) has significant positive correlation with the result performance (number of accidents, number of casualties, and financial loss, etc) and safety system (system safety institution, safety grades, and number of safety disputes, etc). The safety education investment and accident prevention and control investment has significant positive correlation with the safety system. The labor protection investment has significant positive correlation with the result performance, while the safety technology investment has no obvious correlation with the safety performance.
