摘要:
以企业的安全管理能力概念为理论基础,从人员安全素质、设备安全性能、环境安全状态、制度安全水平四方面建立了航空公司安全管理能力的评价体系。利用熵权TOPSIS法建立了航空公司的安全管理能力评价模型,并结合实例分析对该评价模型进行了应用,得出了四家航空公司安全管理能力的大小排名,验证了该模型的适用性。
Abstract:
The evaluation system of airline safety management capability was established in this paper based on the enterprise safety management concept, mainly including four aspects: safety quality of personnel,safety performance of equipment,environmental safe state and safety level of system. In addition, the assessment model of airline safety management capacity was also established by entropy weight TOPSIS method., which was tested by combining with a numerical example, and the results showed the differences among the safety management capacity of four airline.
