摘要:
针对危险化学品运输的路径优化选择问题,将多目标格序决策理论引入到路径方案评价比选中,结合指标选取的综合性和可操作性原则,从6个方面构建危险化学品运输路径比选指标体系:影响区域水源保护性(p1)、影响区域途径区域名胜古迹保护性(p2)、影响区域生态环境保护性(p3)、影响区域人口规模(p4)、影响区域厂矿规模(p5)、运输路径综合运输效益(p6)。通过对各方案综合差异度的计算,实现了备选方案的格序化排序。此外在模型体系权重计算中采用了熵值法,实现了权重确定的客观性。最后,应用该模型结合算例对该模型进行了试算,证明了模型的合理性。
Abstract:
Aiming at the optimal selection problem on road transportation routes of dangerous Chemicals, this paper constructs an evaluation index system on the optimal selection of dangerous Chemicals transportation routes by introducing the multi-objective lattice order decision making theory into the routing scheme evaluation and comparison, and then realizes?lattice?ordering on the alternative schemes by calculating the comprehensive difference of each scheme. According to principles of comprehensiveness and operability on index selection and analysis on the present data, the selection index system on transportation route of dangerous goods can be constructed from six aspects, which are impact on the protection of regional water source( p1 ), impact on the protection of places of interests in the regions along the route( p2 ) , impact on the protection of regional ecological environment( p3 ), impact on regional population scale ( p4 ), impact on regional factories and mines scale( p5 )and comprehensive transport efficiency of transportation route( p6 ). In addition, the paper adopts entropy method in model system weight calculation to achieve the objectivity of the weight determination. At last, the paper applies the model into numerical examples to perform trial calculation on the model to prove the rationality of the model.
