摘要:
为了研究建筑工人安全行为研究的现状和趋势,根据建筑工人安全行为的文献计量结果,梳理出影响建筑工人安全行为的3个关键因素,并进行系统性文献分析。研究结果表明:综合考虑组织层面的安全氛围、个体层面的心理资本、群体层面的沟通能力等跨层次因素,系统探讨不同因素综合作用下的影响机理,并在不同社会文化环境下进行充分的实证检验,是建筑工人安全行为研究的未来趋势。
Abstract:
To study the current status and trends of the research on the safety behavior of construction workers, according to the bibliometric results about the safety behavior of construction workers, three critical factors influencing the safety behavior of construction workers were combed out, and the systematic literature analysis was carried out. The results showed that comprehensively considering the cross-level factors, such as the safety climate of the organization level, the psychological capital of the individual level and the communication ability of the group level, systematically exploring the influence mechanism under the comprehensive effect of different factors, and making the full empirical inspection in different social and cultural environments, are the future trends of the research on the safety behavior of construction workers.
