摘要:
为及时高效地诊断建筑工人心理负荷,支持以心理负荷为核心变量的建筑工人不安全行为管理,基于认知视角构建建筑工人心理负荷隐患智能诊断与精准干预的方法模型。首先,辨识心理负荷影响因素,并分析心理负荷视角下建筑工人不安全行为致因路径。在此基础上,构建建筑工人心理负荷隐患智能诊断与精准干预模型,并对心理负荷动态识别分析方法、心理负荷干预管理知识结构化解析、心理负荷隐患个体智能推理等关键技术进行阐述。最后,基于心理负荷认知实验案例,对模型的有效性进行验证分析。研究结果表明:基于对生物信号的实时监测与分析,可有效实现对高心理负荷个体的智能诊断与精准干预。研究结果可为建筑施工安全管理提供有益方法参考和决策支持。
Abstract:
To timely and effectively diagnose the mental load of construction workers and facilitate the management on unsafe behavior of construction workers with the mental load as core variable,an intelligent diagnosis and precise intervention model for the mental load of construction workers was established from the cognitive perspective.Firstly,the influencing factors of mental load were identified,and the causation pathway for the unsafe behavior of construction workers from the perspective of mental load was analyzed.On this basis,an intelligent diagnosis and precise intervention model for the mental load of construction workers was constructed,and the key technologies such as dynamic recognition and analysis method,structural expression of intervention management knowledge,and intelligent reasoning of targeted individuals for mental load were explained.Finally,based on the cognitive experiment of mental load,the validity of the proposed model was verified and analyzed.The results show that the intelligent diagnosis and precise intervention of individuals with high mental load can be effectively realized based on the real-time monitoring and analysis of biological signals.The research results can provide useful method reference and decision-making support for the construction safety management.
