摘要:
为研究矿工工作压力、心智游移与不安全行为3者之间的作用关系,采用结构方程模型方法(SEM)构建矿工工作压力、心智游移与不安全行为的关系模型。采用多阶段抽样法,对580名矿工进行问卷调查。研究结果表明: 矿工工作压力的工作特征、组织管理和工作无奈感显著正向影响心智游移;心智游移的身心状态、个人特质、消极毁灭性、自发思维、注意失控和作业任务无关显著正向影响不安全行为;工作压力通过心智游移的身心状态、消极毁灭性、自发思维、注意失控和作业任务无关显著正向影响不安全行为;心智游移是矿工工作压力对不安全行为影响的部分中介变量,有效干预工作压力和心智游移,能减少矿工的不安全行为。
Abstract:
In order to study the action relationship among the work stress, mind wandering and unsafe behavior of miners, a relationship model of work stress, mind wandering and unsafe behavior of miners was established by using the structural equation model (SEM) method, and the questionnaire survey was conducted on 580 miners by using he multistage sampling method. The results showed that the work characteristics, organizational management and work frustration of miners’ work stress had significant positive effect on the mind wandering, and the physical and mental state, personal characteristics, negative destruction, spontaneous thought, attention out of control and taskunrelated work of mind wandering had significant positive effect on the unsafe behavior. The work stress had significant positive effect on the unsafe behavior through the physical and mental state, negative destruction, spontaneous thought, attention out of control and taskunrelated work of mind wandering. The mind wandering was the partial intermediary variable of the influence by the work stress on the unsafe behavior of miners. The unsafe behavior of miners could be decreased through effectively intervening the work stress and mind wandering.
