摘要:
个人应急响应能力评估是个体应急处置能力建设和提升的基础。为了有效测度矿工应急响应能力,提出了一种基于项目反应理论的矿工应急响应能力评估方法。首先,运用信息加工模型对人员应急响应能力形成机理进行分析;然后以煤矿机电作业人员为例,从危险情景判断和响应状态两个维度设计矿工应急反应状况测试题,获取某矿20名机电作业人员应急反应数据,并借助项目反应理论中两参数Logistic模型项目特征曲线对煤矿机电作业人员应急响应能力进行评估;研究结果表明,项目反应理论可用于测度矿工个人应急响应能力,可以为矿工应急响应能力提升提供理论指导。
Abstract:
Personal emergency response ability evaluation is the foundation of individual emergency ability construction and promotion. Aiming at making an effective measure for miners’ emergency response ability, an emergency response ability evaluation method based on item response theory is proposed. Firstly, an information processing model is used to analyze the formation mechanism of personal emergency response ability. Then, a questionnaire of miners’ emergency response status is designed by an example of coal mine mechanical and electrical workers. The two parameter Logistic model project characteristic curve is employed to measure 20 miners’ emergency response ability from two dimensions of discrimination of dangerous situation and responsiveness. The result shows that, the item response theory can be used to measure miners’ emergency response ability, then provide a theoretical direction to improve miners’ emergency response ability.
