摘要:
为探索安全教育对机务维修人员违规行为的影响路径，减少或消除机务维修人员违规行为，基于理论分析，引入安全认知与安全态度为中介变量，构建安全认知、安全态度在安全教育与违规行为之间的结构方程模型，选取257名机务维修人员作为被试，通过问卷收集其安全教育、安全认知、安全态度与违规行为的数据，对模型进行验证。研究结果表明：安全教育、安全认知与安全态度均显著负向影响机务维修人员违规行为，且影响程度依次增强；安全认知、安全态度在安全教育与违规行为之间独立存在中介效应和链式中介效应，且总中介效应值均大于直接效应，表明安全教育需依靠安全认知、安全态度对违规行为产生影响，其中安全认知起到关键作用。研究结果可为机务维修单位减少机务维修人员违规行为提供理论支撑。
Abstract:
In order to explore the influence path of safety education on the violation behavior of maintenance personnel,and reduce or eliminate the violation behavior of maintenance personnel,based on theoretical analysis,the safety cognition and safety attitude were introduced as the intermediary variables,and a structural equation model of safety cognition and attitude between safety education and violation behavior was constructed.257 maintenance personnel were selected as subjects,and the model was validated by collecting the data of safety education,safety cognition,safety attitude and violation behavior through questionnaire.The results show that the safety education,safety cognition and safety attitude have a significantly negative effect on the violation behavior of maintenance personnel,and the degree of influence increases in turn.The safety cognition and safety attitude have the independent intermediary effect and the chain intermediary effect between safety education and violation behavior，and all the total intermediary effect values are greater than the direct effect,which indicate that safety education need depending on safety cognition and safety attitude to influence the violation behavior,and the safety cognition plays a key role.The research results can provide theoretical support for the maintenance units to reduce the violation behavior of maintenance personnel.
