摘要:
根据评价指标的原则,通过结合建筑防火对策、消防安全技术、防火措施和专家意见,建立了影响高层宾馆消防安全的评价指标,利用层次分析法计算确定它们的影响程度和权重集;通过模糊数学理论方法,建立评价集,最终建立了高层宾馆的消防安全评价体系。利用该体系对昆明某宾馆进行了评价,验证了该体系的可行性,为消防安全管理部门提供科学依据。
Abstract:
According to the principle of evaluation index, we combines the architectural fire safety measures, fire safety technology, fire prevention measures and the experts’ advices to establish the evaluation index of the high-rise hotel fire safety evaluation system, use the AHP method to determine their impact factors and weight sets. Then we use fuzzy theory method to establish the evaluation set. Finally, the high-rise hotel fire safety evaluation system is established. Use this system to evaluate a hotel in Kunming, and the result indicates that the system is feasible. This system provides a scientific basis for the fire safety management department.
