摘要:
安全文化建设在保证企业安全生产经营中起着重要的作用。电力是国民经济的基础,为了对供电企业安全文化建设有更加全面的认识和评估,促进企业安全生产,结合供电企业安全文化特点,建立了符合供电企业实际的全面客观的安全文化评价指标,并且利用主成分分析法和BP神经网络相结合的数学模型对供电企业安全文化状况进行评价。通过利用EXCEL,SPSS和MATLAB等软件,结合具体实例,可以方便直观的验证方法的有效性和科学性,为督促供电企业加强安全文化建设提供依据。
Abstract:
The construction of the safety culture plays an important role in ensuring the safety management and safety operation of an enterprise. And the electric industry is the foundation of national economy. Taking the special characteristics of power supplying enterprises into account, an overall and objective safety culture assessment index system combined with the real condition of power supplying enterprises is set up in order to know the construction conditions of the safety culture in power supply enterprises. Then, a model combined with principal component analysis and improved BP neural network is established to give an evaluation of the safety culture condition. Moreover, with the help of some software such as EXCEL, SPSS and MATLAB, the method can be validated with some examples directly and conveniently. Finally, the example in this paper shows that the model is feasible and effective since it can give a correct result easily.
