摘要:
在非常规气藏开发过程中,钻井作业是勘探开发过程中相对重要的工程,也是隐蔽性很强的地下工程。以钻井作业系统中的危险、危害因素以及可能发生的钻井工程事故的特性,采用模糊层次分析法,客观地对事故发生的因素和特点进行分析,建立页岩气钻井作业系统的安全评价模型,进行系统的安全评价,旨在建立勘探过程中钻井安全综合评价指标,并确定生产企业综合评价指标体系的权重,以减少或避免事故发生的可能性,该评价方法是对陆上非常规气藏钻井安全评价向系统化、科学化发展的一种新的探索。
Abstract:
During the shale gas exploration phase, the characteristics of the dangerous and hardful factors and the possible drilling engineering accidents in the drilling operation system were analyzed by using FAHP(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process),and the safety evaluation model of shale gas drilling system was established. Scientific and systematic safety evaluation on the drilling operation system, in order to reduce or avoid the possibility of the accident was aimed at setting up the comprehensive security evaluation index of production enterprise in the process of exploration, and determination the weight of comprehensive evaluation index system of manufacturing enterprise. The determination of the index system is a new discovery which leads onshore unconventional gas reservoir drilling safety evaluation toward to systematic and scientific development.
