摘要:
随着民航业高速发展,民航客机飞行事故和严重事故征候时有发生,并且很难完全避免,因此做好民机客舱安全疏散对减少人员伤亡损失有着重要意义。通过对影响民机客舱安全疏散的各种指标进行定性分析,建立民机客舱安全疏散能力评估指标集,应用层次分析法得到各指标的权重,建立多级模糊综合评价模型及安全评价等级模型。最后将此方法应用到实际案例中,得到某航空公司的客舱安全疏散能力评价结果,通过进一步分析并对该航空公司安全管理提出指导性建议。
Abstract:
With the high speed development of the aviation industry today, the civil aircraft accidents and serious incidents sometimes occur and it cannot be completely avoided. So it is necessary to evaluate the capacity of the civil aircraft cabin evacuation in order to reduce the injuries and deaths. Also aircraft cabin evacuation capability is an important aspect of safety management and they begin to pay more attention to it. Firstly, based on the qualitative analysis of the factors that associated with safety evacuation in the civil aircraft cabin, the index set of civil aircraft cabin evacuation capability are determined. Secondly, by the application of AHP, the weight of each index is obtained and then the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and safety level model is set up. Finally, this method is applied to the actual case to evaluate the ability of a Chinese airline’s cabin safety evacuation and the results are obtained. Through further analysis, some important aspects of the cabin evacuation ability are founded. Some useful advices to the civil aircraft cabin evacuation capability are put forward. It is also significant to improve the level of safety management for airlines.
