摘要:
为降低人因事故发生率,提升煤矿安全管理效能。通过引入风险感知中介变量,探究风险感知影响下矿工作业疲劳对行为决策的影响,编制矿工作业疲劳、风险感知与行为决策调查问卷,并构建“作业疲劳—感知中介—行为决策”模型。研究结果表明:矿工心理疲劳、行为能力下降与行为决策存在显著的正相关;矿工作业疲劳与风险感知存在显著的正相关,心理疲劳对风险感知的影响作用最大;风险感知在矿工作业疲劳和行为决策的关系中存在中介作用。研究结果可为煤矿安全管理提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to reduce the incidence of human-factor accidents and enhance coal mine safety management effectiveness,this study introduces risk perception as a mediating variable to investigate its influence on miners’ behavioral decision-making under operational fatigue.A structured questionnaire assessing operational fatigue,risk perception,and behavioral decision-making was developed,culminating in the construction of an “operation fatigue-perception mediation-behavior decision-making” model.The results show that miners’ psychological fatigue and diminished behavioral capacity demonstrate significant positive correlations with behavioral decision-making.Operational fatigue shows significant positive correlations with risk perception,with psychological fatigue exerting the strongest influence on risk perception.Risk perception mediates the relationship between miners’ operational fatigue and behavioral decision-making.These findings provide actionable references for enhancing coal mine safety management.
