摘要:
为进一步了解2001—2021年作业人员疲劳测量量表应用研究情况,以在中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中研究作业疲劳测量量表应用的相关核心文献作为研究基础,阐述相关学者提出的作业疲劳定义,介绍应用较为广泛的4种疲劳量表(主观疲劳量表、疲劳量表-14、症状自评量表、疲劳自评量表)主要内容,并通过文献计量,探索4种疲劳测量量表在疲劳测量研究领域中的应用研究进展,提出4种疲劳测量量表研究存在的局限性以及相关建议。研究结果表明:4种疲劳测量量表具有内容简单、便于理解、测量准确等特点,相关研究内容主要有量表信效度检验分析、作业疲劳状况测量、作业疲劳影响因素研究、作业人员工作负荷评价等,主要应用领域为医学领域。未来研究可进一步将疲劳测量量表和客观生理指标结合进行作业疲劳测量,以拓宽应用领域以及应用人群,研究结果可为增强人员疲劳测量量表适用性、拓宽量表应用领域提供一定参考。
Abstract:
In order to further understand the application of the Job Fatigue Measurement Scale for workers from 2001 to 2021,the relevant core literature on the application of the Job Fatigue Measurement Scale in CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang database,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database is used as the research basis to elaborate on the definition of job fatigue proposed by relevant scholars,and 4 kinds of representative fatigue scales were introduced,including subjective fatigue scale,fatigue scale-14,symptom self-rating scale and fatigue self-rating scale.Through the bibliometrics,the application research progress of four fatigue measurement scales in the field of fatigue measurement research was explored,and the limitation of the current research and future research prospects of the four fatigue measurement scales were put forward.The results show that the four kinds of fatigue scales have the characteristics of simple content,easy to understand and accurate measurement.The research contents mainly include the reliability and validity test and analysis of the scale,the measurement of work fatigue status,the research on the influencing factors of work fatigue,and the evaluation on the workload of workers.The main research field is the medical field.The future research can further combine the fatigue measurement scale with objective physiological indicators to measure the work fatigue,so as to broaden the research field and research population.The results can deepen the understanding of the fatigue measurement scale for workers and the application research of the scale,so as to provide some reference for the applicability of the scale and broaden the application field of the scale.
