摘要:
为探究不同代际建筑工人安全认知偏差对不安全行为的影响效应,建立安全认知偏差、冒险倾向、工作经验与不安全行为之间的理论模型,采用结构方程模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明:安全认知偏差对建筑工人的不安全行为存在正向影响;冒险倾向在安全认知偏差和不安全行为间起到中介效应,对于新生代建筑工人起部分中介效应,对于老一代建筑工人起完全中介效应;工作经验在安全认知偏差影响不安全行为的关系中发挥调节效应,对于新生代建筑工人工作经验具有显著的调节效应,而对于老一代建筑工人的调节效应不显著。研究结果可为预防建筑工人的不安全行为和加强工人的安全管理提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to explore the influence effect of the safety cognitive bias of construction workers in different generations on the unsafe behavior,a theoretical model between the safety cognitive bias,risk-taking tendency,work experience and the unsafe behavior was established,and the structural equation model was used to conduct empirical test.The results show that the safety cognitive bias has a positive effect on the unsafe behavior of construction workers.The risk-taking tendency has a mediating effect between safety cognitive bias and unsafe behavior,a partial mediation effect for the construction workers in new generation,and a complete mediating effect for the construction workers in old generation.The work experience plays a moderating effect in the relationship between safety cognitive bias and unsafe behavior,and it has a significant moderating effect on the work experience of construction workers in new generation,but the moderating effect on the work experience of construction workers in old generation is not obvious.The research results can provide a reference for preventing the unsafe behavior of construction workers and strengthening the safety management of workers.
