摘要:
深入研究了国内外学者安全文化与安全文化评价指标体系相关成果，结合油气田企业的安全生产实际，从定量、定性分析两个方面构建了适合A油气田公司安全文化评价体系。同时采用层次分析法确定安全文化评价体系各指标的权重，结合专家定性评价、员工问卷调查、安全生产定量指标多种赋分方式，客观和全面的评价了油气田公司安全文化建设现状。评价结果对指导油气田企业安全文化建设和提升企业安全文化水平具有现实意义。
Abstract:
The research results of the domestic and foreign scholars on safety culture and safety culture evaluation system were summarized. An evaluation index system of safety culture for A oil and gas field company was established from the quantitative and qualitative analysis, by combining with the actual practical of A oil and gas field company.The index weight of the safety culture evaluation index system was determined by using AHP method, by combining with expert scoring, employee survey and safety quantitative indicators, so as to ensure the objective and comprehensive evaluation on safety culture construction results of the company. The results of the research may guide the construction of safety culture and enhance the level of safety culture in oil company.
