摘要:
选取国家控制指标中的亿元地区生产总值生产安全事故死亡率、工矿商贸从业人员十万人生产安全事故死亡率、道路交通事故万车死亡率、煤矿百万吨死亡率等4项指标作为基础指标,利用德菲尔法给出基础指标的权重,然后基于加权秩和比法,建立一种安全生产风险评价方法,为安全生产能力建设提供参考。选择新疆2007-2011年安全生产4项主要相对指标作为量化指标,计算出新疆15各地州市的安全生产秩和比和相对风险指数,对新疆15个地州市的安全生产风险进行评价。
Abstract:
This paper selects the national control indicators of billion yuan GDP production safety accidents mortality、mining and trading one hundred thousand employees in work safety accidents 、road traffic accident mortality rate death rate per million vehicles、fatality rate per million tons, 4 indicators as the basic index, with weights given basic index method, and based on the weighted RSR method, establishing of a safety risk evaluation method, provides the reference for the safety production capacity building. Choice of Xinjiang 2007-2011 years of safety 4 major indicators as quantitative index, calculate the work safety ranks Xinjiang 15 in each city ratio and relative risk index, and evaluate their work safety risk.
