摘要:
为了在当前大安全背景下,系统、准确地开展高校安全教育体系的科学评价,以教育部相关法规和标准、国内外安全教育经验为指引,基于德尔菲法从“教育对象”“教育内容”“教育方式方法”“组织机制”“教育考核”“经费保障”等6个方面构建相应的高校安全教育体系的评价指标;结合层次分析法与熵权法,对安全教育评价指标进行赋权;采用模糊综合评价法作为相应的评价方法;以北京某985高校的安全教育体系评价为实例,对评价指标和评价方法进行实际应用检验。研究结果表明:提出的评价指标与评价方法具有较好的科学性与适用性,可为大安全视角下的高校安全教育体系评价提供一套包含评价指标、评价方法以及评价工具的整体解决方案。
Abstract:
In order to systematically and accurately carry out the scientific evaluation of safety education system in colleges and universities under the current background of macro-safety,taking the relevant regulations and standards of the Ministry of Education and the experience of safety education at home and abroad as guidance,the evaluation indicators of safety education system in colleges and universities were constructed from six aspects: education object,education content,education method,organization system,education assessment and fund guarantee based on Delphi method.The evaluation indicators of safety education were weighted by combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used as the corresponding evaluation method.Taking the safety education system evaluation of a 985 university in Beijing as an example,the evaluation indicators and evaluation method were tested in practical application.The results show that the proposed evaluation indicators and evaluation method are scientific and applicable,and can provide a set of overall solution scheme including evaluation indicators,evaluation method and evaluation tool for the evaluation of safety education system in colleges and universities from the perspective of macro-safety.
