摘要:
为了有效分析煤矿作业人员不安全行为风险状况和变化趋势,提出了1种基于熵权法和集对分析耦合的矿工不安全行为风险态势分析方法。在现有的煤矿作业人员不安全行为影响因素研究的基础上,运用HFACS理论分析矿工不安全行为影响因素,构建包括4个维度12个因素的不安全行为因素集;采用熵值法和集对分析理论建立基于多元联系数的矿工不安全行为风险评估模型;以内蒙某煤矿矿工不安全行为风险评估为例,验证所构建的态势评估模型的有效性。研究结果表明:构建的风险态势评估模型可以有效分析矿工不安全行为风险状态和变化趋势。
Abstract:
To analyze the risk state and change trend of coal miners’ unsafe behavior effectively, an analysis method of risk state for the unsafe behavior of coal miners based on the coupling of entropy weight method and set pair analysis was put forward. The influence factors of miners’ unsafe behavior were analyzed by using the HFACS theory based on the existing research about the influence factors of coal miners’ unsafe behavior, and a factor set of unsafe behavior including four dimensions and twelve factors was constructed. A risk assessment model of miners’ unsafe behavior based on the multivariate connection number was established by using the entropy method and the set pair analysis theory, and the effectiveness of the established model was verified by taking the risk assessment on the unsafe behavior of coal miners in a certain coal mine in Inner Mongolia as example. The results showed that the established model of risk state assessment can be used to analyze the risk state and change trend of miners’ unsafe behavior effectively.
