摘要:
从高校突发事件预警角度，提出高校突发事件预警信息含义，按照预警信息来源将其分为内部和外部预警信息，并建立预警信息分析流程。在此基础上，构建高校突发事件预警信息获取、预处理、存储和分析的概念模型。对如何获取、分析有效的预警信息进行了初步探讨，提供了研究高校突发事件预警信息分析的一种思路，为后期提高高校突发事件应急管理预警决策有效性提供依据,也可为提升高校应急管理能力水平提供支持。
Abstract:
The paper defines concept of campus emergency earlywarning information from earlywarning view and completed classification of earlywarning information based of information sources, and built conception model of campus emergency earlywarning information analyzing inluding earlywarning information obtaining, pretreatment, storage and analysis by process of information analyzing. All of these provides theoretical basis of acquiring significant earlywarning information and a way of improving campus emergency management decision effectively,also the guidance for the improve universities campus emergency management capability and make emergency management system more efficiency, more systematic and more standard.
