摘要:
随着电力系统自动化、智能化、标准化水平的不断提高,由设备问题引发的事故比例逐步降低,人为因素成为电网事故的主导因素,构建一套科学实用的人为事故危险源管理体系,成为电网企业危险源管理的迫切课题。危险源辨识是危险源管理的首要环节,其辨识结果的完整性、准确性、及时性将对后继危险源评价的水平和质量产生重大影响。运用HFACS理论对某电网企业人为事故中隐性危险源进行了辨识,并采用灰色关联法对其危险程度进行了评判,得出该电网企业由隐性危险源引起的人为事故主要来自于“个人因素”中的“疲劳作业”这一具体原因,以期为后续危险源管理研究工作提供了借鉴参考。
Abstract:
With the continuous improvement of power system automation, intelligent, standardization, the percentage of accidents caused by equipment problems gradually reduced, and the human factors become the dominant factor of the grid accident. Therefore, to build a scientific and practical dangerous source of manmade accidents management system becomes the urgent issue of the power grid enterprises hazard management. The identification of the sources danger is the most important part of the dangerous source management, a significant impact on the level and quality of the recognition results completeness, accuracy, timeliness will be the successor dangerous source evaluation. In this paper, the HFACS theory was applied to identify the hidden sources of human accident danger in grid enterprises, and the grey correlation method was used to judge their level of risk. It showed that the human accident caused by the hidden sources of danger the power grid enterprises mainly come from ‘personal factors’ and ‘fatigue job’. It provides reference for subsequent hazard management research.
