摘要:
伴随石化企业的迅猛发展,危险品越来越多,生产条件越来越苛刻,同时带来的是更为重大的风险隐患以及安全事故,因此对危险工艺的风险评估就显得尤为重要。
Abstract:
With the development of chemical technology, the petrochemical industry in China develops fast, which is represented by the production of dangerous goods involved in many varieties, production requirements harsh process conditions, large scale production scale and advanced technology. However, many hazards come out when petrochemical industry boosts national economy. So the risk assessment of dangerous process is particularly important. Considering that not all the 15 types of dangerous chemical processes are dangerous, and yet there is no good method to distinguish whether a process is dangerous chemical process. Therefore, in this article a more comprehensive risk identification method for chemical processes was proposed. After the qualitative analysis of 15 types of dangerous chemical process determined by Chinese Administration of Safety, the important evaluation indexes were selected that had typical significance as object of analysis, combining technology actual situation and the impact of factors involved in the dangerous chemical process, establishes the dynamic index system of 67 specific targets, Then using category decomposition method in quantitative individual indicators, finally using fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation on dangerous chemical process by software The evaluation system and the software can provide the safety management of government and companies with convenience an, in order to further achieve inherent safety.
