摘要:
为探究安全氛围对人群应急疏散行为的影响机制，基于一致性理论和“刺激—态度—行为”理论，构建包含安全氛围、应急疏散认知、应急疏散态度以及人群应急疏散行为的中介模型，并依据232份有效样本进行实证检验。结果表明：安全氛围对人群应急疏散行为具有显著的正向影响；应急疏散认知和应急疏散态度在安全氛围影响人群应急疏散行为的过程中均发挥正向的中介作用。
Abstract:
In order to explore the influence mechanism of safety climate on the crowd emergency evacuation behavior,on the basis of the consistency theory and the “stimulusattitudebehavior” theory,a mediational model containing the safety climate,emergency evacuation cognition,emergency evacuation attitude and crowd emergency evacuation behavior was established,and the empirical tests were carried out according to 232 effective samples.The results showed that the safety climate had significant positive effect on the crowd emergency evacuation behavior.In addition,the emergency evacuation cognition and emergency evacuation attitude played the positive mediating effect in the influencing process of safety climate on the crowd emergency evacuation behavior.
