摘要:
为研究北京市生产安全事故时空特征,对2012—2017年北京市生产安全事故快报数据进行整理,分析事故发生的时相规律和空间分布特征。研究结果表明:北京市生产安全事故多发于每年的7、8月份,1、2月份较少;每天事故高发于10—12点和16—17点;事故高发区域有北五环外京藏高速周边区域、西二环附近区域和东二环至东四环区域。外来人口的流动迁徙、季节气候的变化、区域人口和生产经营单位与事故的发生均有相关性。
Abstract:
In order to study the temporal and spatial characteristics of work safety accidents in Beijing, the data of work safety accidents express in Beijing from 2012 to 2017 were collected and processed, then the time phase laws and spatial distribution characteristics of the accidents were analyzed. The results showed that the work safety accidents in Beijing occurred frequently in July and August every year, while less in January and February. The accidents occurred frequently at 10-12 a.m. and 16-17 p.m. every day. The accidentprone areas included the areas around the BeijingTibet expressway outside the north fifth ring road, the areas around the west second ring road and the areas from the east second ring road to the east fourth ring road. The shift and migration of floating population, changes in seasonal climate, regional population and production and business units were all related to the occurrence of accidents.
