摘要:
为解决弹药库房安全评价过程中的定量描述与定性概念转换问题,基于云模型理论,选取人为、技术、物质、管理、作业及设备等五个方面作为安全评价因素,建立舰艇弹药库房安全评价指标体系。以某舰艇弹药库房为例,把各因素评语集转换为评语云模型。将专家打分的结果通过逆向云发生器生成云模型的数字特征,利用正向云发生器生成管理因素的综合云图以及弹药库房整体评价云图。算例的结果表明该方法能够更为直观、灵活地反映二级因素对一级因素的影响,并准确地确定整体安全综合评价等级,符合实际情况。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of the quantitative description and qualitative concept transformation which exist in the process of safety evaluation on ship ammunition depot, an index system for safety evaluation on ship ammunition depot was established based on cloud model theory, with the human behavior, technology, material, management, operation and equipment as the factors of safety evaluation. Taking a certain ship ammunition depot as example, the comment set of each factor was converted into comment cloud models. The marking results of experts were transformed into the numerical characteristics of cloud model by the backward cloud generator, and the comprehensive cloud picture of management factors and the whole evaluation cloud picture of ammunition depot were produced by the forward normal cloud generator. It showed that the method can reflect the influence on the primary factors by the secondary factors more intuitively and flexibly, and determine the whole safety comprehensive evaluation level accurately, making the theory model tally with the actual situation.
