摘要:
针对建筑施工企业传统安全教育培训效果不理想的现状,从行为心理学的视角分析施工企业不同层级人员的安全行为形成机理,研究其对安全培训的不同需求,并根据培训需求对应内容的难易程度分别对简单安全行为和复杂安全行为进行培训方案设计,包括培训方法的选择和培训频率和次数的设计。培训方法的选择主要考虑了培训效果因素,并通过实际调查分析出不同层级适用的培训方法。培训频率和次数的设计针对简单和复杂安全行为分别进行,构建了培训频率与培训次数的决策模型。研究表明:简单安全行为的养成是安全行为习惯的养成,复杂安全行为的养成是在知识学习与积累前提下行为习惯的养成,培训时应区别对待。
Abstract:
In allusion to the unsatisfactory situation of traditional safety education and teaching in construction enterprises, the formation mechanism of the safe behaviors of staffs at different levels in construction enterprises was analyzed from the perspective of behavioral psychology, the different needs of safety training were studied, and according to the degree of difficulty of training content, the training programs for simple and complex safety behaviors were designed respectively,including the selection of training methods and the designation of training time and frequency.The selection of training methods mainly considered the training effect factor,and analyzed the training methods that applicable for the different levels through the actual investigation.The training time and training frequency were designed from the view of simple and complex safety behavior respectively,then the decision model of the training frequency and the number of training was established, and the corresponding experimental research was conducted. It was found that we should extend the time to supervising each time for speed up the habit of simple safety behaviors effectively. Every training period should try last for a long time and the internal between periods of training for training on complex safety behaviors, thereby on the basis of ensuring the quality of the safety education, the cost is greatly reduced.The research showed that:the formation of simple safety behavior is the formation of safety habits, and the formation of complex safety behavior is on the basis of knowledge learning and accumulation,they need to be differently treated when training.
