摘要:
针对要穿越缓倾斜突出煤层的石门揭煤时出现的情况:煤层瓦斯压力大,穿越煤层长,并且是又从煤层底板进行石门揭煤,单独在掘进工作面采用瓦斯抽放钻孔的消突措施,控制范围小,施工难度高,工程量大,消突效果差,揭煤周期长等难题,为此专门在揭煤路径的方向上,距离煤层底板适当距离处,布置一条低位抽放瓦斯专用措施巷道进行消突。由于在低位抽放巷道中进行钻孔施工容易,钻孔能够控制煤层范围大,并且在岩石围岩中的封孔质量高,抽放瓦斯效果好,消突效率高,这较原来石门揭煤方法工期缩短了近40%时间,取得经济效益和安全效益双赢。同时这种工艺也可用于其他类似石门揭煤
Abstract:
The difficulties of uncovering coal happen as through lowangle pitch coal seam, such as: the coal gas pressure is large, need to pass through a long coal seam, and it’s uncover coal from the coal seam floor, but when using gas drainage hole to eliminate outburst at the driving face, controlling range is small, the challenges of construction is high, the engineering volume is large, the effect of outburst elimination is poor and the cycle of uncovering coal is large, and so on. For this reason, a special measures roadway of low drainage gas for eliminating outburst was arranged in the direction of uncovering coal seam path and at the appropriate distance from seam floor. For it is easy to drill in such low drainage tunnel, the drillings can control long range of coal seams, and the quality of sealing hole in rock wall rock is high, the efficiency of gas drainage and eliminate outburst is better. So corresponding to the original crosscutting coal methods, nearly 40% of the time can be saved. The economic and safety benefits of a winwin situation can be obtained. Simultaneously, the technology can also be used to other similarity crosscut uncovering coal.
