摘要:
为了给大数据环境下的民航企事业单位招聘、选拔和评价安全信息管理人员提供科学依据,基于胜任力内涵、数据生命周期理论与信息处理层次结构理论,构建以数据科学知识等为支撑、民航安全数据挖掘能力等为核心、民航安全信息管理态度为导向的民航安全信息管理人员胜任力概念模型与胜任力指标体系。运用贝叶斯优化BPNN的超参数,构建民航安全信息管理人员能岗匹配测评模型,并从数值仿真、趋势拟合方面进行模型验证,从均方根误差与算法耗时方面与单一BPNN和随机搜索优化BPNN对比性能。研究结果表明:所构建的测评模型可行性强、误差更小、收敛速度更快,能够更加客观准确地反映安全信息管理人员能岗匹配的实际情况。
Abstract:
In order to provide scientific basis for the recruitment,selection and evaluation of safety information management personnel in civil aviation enterprises and institutions in the environment of big data,based on the competency connotation,data life cycle theory and information processing hierarchy theory,the competency conceptual model and competence index system of safety information management personnel in civil aviation were proposed with data science knowledge as the support,civil aviation safety data mining ability as the core and civil aviation safety information management attitude as the guidance.A competency-post fit evaluation model of safety information management personnel in civil aviation was constructed by using the hyper parameters of Bayesian optimized BPNN,then the model verification was carried out from the aspects of numerical simulation and trend fitting,and the performance was compared with single BPNN and random search optimized BPNN from the aspects of root mean square error and algorithm time consumption.The results showed that the constructed evaluation model had strong feasibility,smaller error and faster convergence speed,which could reflect the actual situation of the competency-post fit of safety information management personnel more objectively and accurately.
