摘要:
通过文献调研和分析,为深入开展纳米材料毒理学和安全性研究提供基础理论和数据支持,综述了当前国内外纳米材料,主要包括碳纳米管、纳米TiO2、纳米铁粉、富勒烯(C60)等的生物体毒理学和人群流行病学研究进展;分析了可燃性纳米材料,主要包括纳米铝粉、铁粉、碳粉的安全性研究现状及趋势,强调了进一步开展安全性研究的必要性。最后阐述了目前纳米材料研究工作存在的问题,并建议相关研究机构和科研院所今后可开展的研究工作。
Abstract:
In order to provide the basic theory and data support for carrying out the toxicology and safety research of nanomaterials, the research progress of toxicology and epidemiological studies of populations were summarized through literature investigation and study,including the carbon nanotubes, nanoTiO2,nanoiron and fullerenes (C60). The current status and trends of safety research on combustible nanomaterials were analyzed, which emphasized the necessity for further development of security research. Finally, the problems in the current research of nanomaterials were analyzed and some suggestions were put forward for research institutions and research institutes in the future.
