摘要:
该文统计了我国污水处理厂发生的47起典型事故案例,从事故发生时间、伤亡人数、事故等级、以及事故发生的位置、类型等方面,分析了污水处理厂的事故特点,研究了事故发生规律,得出了污水处理厂事故的结论:事故的发生具有季节性规律;最主要的事故类型是中毒窒息;最主要的事故原因是个人防护用品;最主要的事故位置是检查井、污水池、管网。并提出了减少污水处理厂事故、保障污水处理厂安全运行的对策措施:加强安全教育;加强个人防护装备的检查、学习安全器材的使用;合理安装通风装置,按规定使用气体监测仪等。
Abstract:
In this paper a series of 47 cases of wastewater treatment plant accidents was counted, and the characteristics of accidents in wastewater treatment plant were analyzed from the angle of time, number of injuries and deaths, level, place and the type of the accidents. The law of wastewater treatment plant accidents was studied, and the conclusion was that the accidents accord with seasonal law ; the primary type of accidents is asphyxiation and poisoning; the primary reason of accidents is without individual protective articles; the primary places of accidents ars inspection well, sewage reservoir and pipe network. The corresponding countermeasures to guarantee the safety of the wastewater treatment plant were also suggested, such as strengthening safety education, enhancing inspection of individual protective articles, learning the way of using safety devices, reasonable installing ventilation installation and using gaseous monitor.
