摘要:
随着经济建设的快速发展，火灾和其他突发性事故呈直线上升趋势，控制火灾和做好其他突发性事故的应急救援工作，成了公安消防部队的重要使命。在查阅了大量技术文献资料的基础上，从城市发展对公安消防部队应急救援能力需求的角度出发，以建设与城市应急救援需求相适应的公安消防部队为目标，提出了基层消防中队应急救援能力评估方法。通过某消防支队应急救援能力评估的实例应用可以看出，该评价方法科学、实用，从实证上进一步验证了评估方法的可行性。
Abstract:
Along with the rapid development of economy, fire and other disasters indicate an upward trend. The work of fire suppression and disaster rescues has become the historic mission of fire forces.By way of westigating a lot of technical literature associated with the evaluating method, the method of evaluating the fire emergency rescue capability by taking the fire brigade as a unit was put forward. The method was based on the fire staff, equipments, management system and society relief commodities required according to the city. Through application, it showed that the method of evaluation of fire emergency rescue capability was scientific and applicable and could prove that the method is feasible.
