摘要:
高含硫气田一旦发生事故,及时疏散是确保周边居民安全的最好方法[1],我国高含硫气田主要位于山区,天然气含硫量高,毒性大,居民居住较为分散,山区道路交通不便,居民文化程度不高,疏散难度大,企业修筑的道路其疏散能力缺乏评估依据,本文分析了相关标准及我国井场现场情况[2],采用疏散时间综合判别法来分析评估疏散能力,并结合某高含硫井场进行了计算,通过计算得出该井场周边应急疏散道路是否符合疏散要求。本文最终总结并给出该方法相关建议。
Abstract:
Once the highsulfur gas field blowout,Timely evacuation is the best way to ensure the safety of nearby residents. China's highsulfur gas fields are mainly located in mountainous areas with dispersed residents, mountain roads, facilities transport and low education level, so evacuation is difficult. Road built by companies lack the basis for assessing evacuation ability. This paper analyzed the relevant standards and our well field conditions. Evacuation time integrated criterion was used to assess the capacity of evacuation. A high sulfur content well field was calculated. Emergency evacuation road surrounding the well site was calculated if it meeting the evacuation requirements. Finally recommendations of the method are given by this paper. research.
