摘要:
为夯实“工业互联网+安全生产”体系的理论基础,揭示风险演化机理、优化事故防控策略、科学监管监察,提出“工业互联网+安全生产”体系五流管控理论。首先分析“工业互联网+安全生产”体系的信息物理构成,梳理“工业互联网+安全生产”体系的“五流”逻辑结构与功能框架;其次分析“五流”风险传播机制,阐述“工业互联网+安全生产”事故致因机理模型和事故防控策略;在此基础上,总结“五流十律”事故预防概念模型和“工业互联网+安全生产”体系五流管控理论。研究结果表明:可采取数字孪生、数据驱动、分级控能、能量预测、智能监控等措施,加强“工业互联网+安全生产”体系的事故预防,防止资源流失常、能量流失控、能量流与资源流的轨迹交叉、数字流失真、信息流失灵、控制流失效等情形发生。研究结果可为“工业互联网+安全生产”体系的设计建设、运行维护、事故调查、监管监察等提供理论借鉴。
Abstract:
In order to consolidate the theoretical foundation of “Industrial Internet + Work Safety” system,reveal risk evolution mechanism,optimize accident prevention and control strategies,and enable scientific supervision,the Five-flow Control Theory for the “Industrial Internet + Work Safety” is proposed.Firstly,the cyber-physical composition of the “Industrial Internet + Work Safety” system is analyzed,and the logical structure and functional framework of the “Five Flows” are outlined.Subsequently,the risk propagation mechanisms of the “Five Flows” are examined,elucidating the accident causation model and prevention strategies for the system.On this basis,the conceptual model of “Five Flows and Ten Principles” for accident prevention and the Five-Flow Control Theory are summarized.The results demonstrate that measures such as digital twins,data-driven approaches,hierarchical energy control,energy prediction,and intelligent monitoring can strengthen accident prevention.These prevent occurrences such as abnormal resource flow,uncontrolled energy flow,trajectory intersection between energy and resource flows,distorted data flow,inefficient information flow,and failed control flow.These findings provide a theoretical reference for the design,construction,operation,maintenance,accident investigation,and supervision of the “Industrial Internet + Work Safety” system.
