摘要:
为帮助建筑企业在转型升级背景下维持安全的生产环境,采用结构方程模型,以432名建筑企业员工为研究对象,探讨建筑企业中变革型领导、交易型领导风格对建筑企业员工安全创新行为的影响机制。研究结果表明:变革型领导、交易型领导显著正向影响员工的安全创新行为,且变革型领导的影响效果相对较强;组织层面的安全氛围以及个体层面的创新自我效能感在领导风格与安全创新之间起显著中介作用;创新自我效能感在领导风格对员工安全创新行为影响过程中的中介效应更强。研究结果可为建筑企业提高安全水平提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to help the construction enterprises maintain a safe production environment in the context of transformation and upgrading,the structural equation model was used to explore the influence mechanism of transformational leadership and transactional leadership style on the safety innovation behavior of employees in construction enterprises by taking 432 employees of construction enterprises as the research object.The results show that both the transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a significant positive influence on the safety innovation behavior of employees,and the influence of transformational leadership is relatively strong.The safety climate at the organizational level and the innovative self-efficacy at the individual level play a significant mediating role between leadership style and safety innovation.The mediating effect of innovative self-efficacy in the influence of leadership style on employee safety innovation behavior is stronger.The research results can provide reference for construction enterprises to improve safety level.
