摘要:
为有效解决海洋钻井平台应急脆弱性群评估问题,根据海洋钻井平台应急管理体系特点,运用人因工程原理,构建海洋钻井平台应急脆弱性综合评估指标体系;运用专家评分法建立专家权重计算模型,对专家给出的评估指标权重进行集结,确定评估指标的综合权重;基于多级模糊综合评估理论,根据专家权重获得评估指标隶属度,进而对海洋钻井平台的应急脆弱性进行模糊群评估。研究结果表明:评估法充分考虑专家在群评估中的重要作用,使指标权重和评估结论更加准确可靠。研究结果可为科学评价海洋钻井平台应急脆弱性提供新思路。
Abstract:
In order to effectively solve the group evaluation problem for the emergency vulnerability of offshore drilling platforms,according to the characteristics of the emergency management system of offshore drilling platforms,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the emergency vulnerability of offshore drilling platforms was established by using the principles of human factors engineering.A calculation model of experts weights was established by using the expert scoring method,and the weights of evaluation indexes given by the experts were aggregated to determine the comprehensive weight of evaluation indexes.Based on the theory of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the membership degree of evaluation indexes was obtained according to the weights of experts,and the fuzzy group evaluation on the emergency vulnerability of offshore drilling platform was carried out.The results showed that the evaluation method fully considered the important role of evaluation experts in the group evaluation,and made the index weights and evaluation conclusions more accurate and reliable.The research results can provide a new idea for the scientific evaluation of the emergency vulnerability of offshore drilling platforms.
