摘要:
为了实现通风管道风量实时在线监测,改变因传统侵入式测风装置可能导致的管道清理设备无法合理工作的现状,将现有圆形管道改造成并联管道的形式,并通过对管道实际结构的分析,选取合适的测量截面,采用改进的等环面积法计算主管风量,且同时测量分管的截面静压值,拟合二者数据,得到静压值与主管风量的数学关系。研究结果表明:改装所带来的测量平均误差为2.05%,该设计方法可对因传统侵入式测量仪器自身局限性导致某些管道内部作业设备无法合理运行的工况提供一定参考和借鉴。
Abstract:
In order to realize real-time online monitoring of ventilation duct air volume,and to change the situation that the duct cleaning equipment cannot work reasonably due to the traditional intrusive air measurement device.The existing circular duct is modified into the form of parallel duct,and through the analysis of the actual structure of the duct,a suitable measurement cross-section is selected,and an improved equal ring area method is used to calculate the air volume of the main pipe,and the static pressure value of the cross-section of the sub-pipe is measured at the same time,and the mathematical relationship between the static pressure value and the air volume of the main pipe is obtained by fitting the two data.The results of the study show that the average error of measurement brought by the modification is 2.05%,and the design method can provide some reference and reference for the working conditions where some duct internal operation equipment cannot operate reasonably due to the limitations of traditional intrusive measuring instruments.
