摘要:
为应对生产安全形势严峻和安全需求多样的状况,借鉴工控领域安全相关系统完整性的方法,概括了面向矿山生命周期和基于风险管理的矿山生产安全完整性理论框架,包括面向生命周期的风险隐患多维表征以及矿山安全相关系统完整性的内涵、要求和实现步骤,有助于为多样的矿山需求提供安全保障。
Abstract:
To deal with the status of serious work safety situation and various safety demands, by referring the integrity method of safety related systems in the industrial process control, a theoretical framework of mine wok safety integrity oriented to life cycle of mine and based on risk management was presented, including the multi-dimensional representation of risk and potential hazards oriented to life cycle, and the connotation, requirements and implementation steps of integrity for safety related systems in mine. It contributes to provide reasonable, feasible and efficient safety guarantee for various mine demands.
