摘要:
针对矿用注浆封堵材料的缺点,如黄泥灌浆材料容易产生裂缝,堵漏风效果差,罗克休、膨胀水泥等材料价格昂贵、含挥发性溶剂,对人体有毒害作用,研制出一种新型的注浆堵漏材料,该材料以水泥为基料,添加减缩剂、聚丙烯纤维、水玻璃、增稠剂。通过试验测试了不同水固比下浆体的粘度、流动度、凝结时间、结石率等性能参数,并利用电镜扫描对浆体的微观结构进行观察,进而确定最佳水固比。研究结果表明,抑制煤炭自然发火注浆堵漏材料的最佳水固比为1:1.4;当聚丙烯纤维的掺量为0.25%,水玻璃的掺量为2.5%时,结石体的微观结构紧致,裂隙较小,满足堵漏风材料的要求。
Abstract:
Considering the shortcomings of mine grouting plugging material, such as yellow mud grouting material is easy to produce cracks and the effect of plugging wind is poor; Luo Kexiu, expansive cement and other materials are expensive and contains volatile solvent which is toxic to the human body, a kind of grouting material based on cement added with shrinkage-reducing agent, polypropylene fiber, sodium silicate and thickener etc. was developed. The viscosity, fluidity, setting time, the rate of stone and other performance parameters were tested under different water solid ratios of slurry by experiments, in addition by using the electron microscope, the microscopic structure of slurry was scanned, then the best water solid ratio of slurry material was determined. It showed that the best water solid ratio of grouting plugging materials for inhibition of coal spontaneous combustion is 1:1.4. When the dosage of polypropylene fiber is 0.25%, and that of sodium silicate is 2.5%, the microscopic structure of stone body is compact, and its crack is small, which can meet the requirements of material for plugging the wind.
