工作安全分析(简称JSA)作为有效的危害识别和风险控制工具被广泛使用,但基层班组员工所做JSA的质量一直不高,具体表现为员工虽然清楚JSA的各个环节,却不能高质量的完成。尽管这在一定程度上与基层员工文化素质低,文字表达能力差有关,但也是管理者缺乏具体和优秀的指导所致。针对实施JSA的各个环节,分析制约质量提升的具体原因,以标准规范为基础提出具体可行的改进措施,实施效果良好。
Abstract:
As an effective tool in hazard identification and risk management, JSA (Job Analysis Tool) has been widely used. However, JSA quality undertaken by workers in grassroots group is comparatively low, since even though workers in grassroots group are acquainted with the work flow of JSA, generally they could not live out to their obligations well in practice. This should not entirely be attributed to the limited education degree and the inferior literal expression ability of grassroots workers, because managers themselves haven't provided workers with consolidated and excellent guiding measures. Aiming to resolve this matter, some feasible ways for improving grassroots JSA quality were proposed by probing into the reasons restricting the elevation of JSA quality, with the prerequisite of understanding well the details of JSP and related standards. As a consequence, JSP quality at grassroots level was manifestly raised.
