摘要:
针对工程建设领域项目HSE管理的模式进行了探讨。首先对传统的项目HSE管理模式进行了介绍，简要分析了各种HSE管理模式的特征和意义。在此基础上，对新形势下引入第三方HSE管理的重要意义进行了说明，重点阐述了第三方HSE管理的定义、组织结构、特征等因素。并根据多个项目的实践总结，对引入第三方HSE管理提出了实质性的建议，为第三方模式在工程项目HSE管理的推广理顺思路，指明要点。
Abstract:
The HSE management mode on engineering construction was discussed. Firstly, the traditional HSE management mode on engineering construction was introduced and was discussed the traits and meanings of all sorts of HSE management mode were analyzed. Secondly, the important meaning of bringing the third party to HSE management was illustrated, which focused on the definition of HSE management, organizational structure, attributes and so on. Moreover, some practical suggestions on HSE management based on the third party were put forward according to many projects concerned.
