摘要:
数据显示，每年因各种安全事故死亡人员达10多万人，究其根本原因还是全民普遍缺乏必要的安全防范意识和自救互救能力。为了从根源上解决这个问题，建议把安全教育经一门独立的学科纳入全日制教育，这样做可以从多方面来实现全民安全素质的提升：一是通过全日制教育，可以实现一整代人从小抓起安全教育；二是通过课堂教学，可以带动家庭和社会的共同参与；三是建议可将教育结果纳入升学考核，尤其是通过高考，可以推动家庭的积极参与和社会共同关注
Abstract:
The data show that the persons died due to a variety of security incidents each year up to over 10 millions, to study the root causes of or the whole people generally lack the necessary awareness of security and selfhelp and mutual aid capacity, in order to address the root causes of this problem, I propose that the safety education to an independent discipline into fulltime education: First, fulltime education, can achieve a whole generation of people from childhood safety education; classroom teaching, can promote the participation of the family and society; through education results into further education assessment, especially through the entrance, can promote the active participation of the family and common concerns of society.
