摘要:
煤矿井下噪声作为一种强污染和安全隐患并未得到充分的重视,为了说明加强井下噪声治理工作的必要性,分源分析了煤矿井下的噪声产生及其强度。分析结果表明煤矿高强度噪声污染可对井下工人的身体产生特异性和非特异性危害,同时也可直接或间接导致各种事故的发生,为矿井安全生产埋下了隐患。从井下噪声的产生、传递、接受三方面分别提出了降低和解决矿井噪声危害的方法和对策,得出不仅需要改进现有井下防噪技术,而且需要加强矿井行政管理,提高工人的防噪意识,才可降低矿井噪声的危害。但彻底根治煤矿井下噪声危害是一个综合性的难题,需要煤炭工业整体的发展和社会各界提高对劳动保护的重视程度。
Abstract:
It is obviously that as a strong pollution and potential safety hazard,coal mine underground noise has not been fully attached importance to.In order to illustrate the necessity of enhancing governance of coal mine underground noise,the generation and intensity of coal mine underground noise were analyzed by separating source.The analysis results demonstrated that the strong noise pollution of coal mine underground could do harm to miners,both specific and nonspecific damage.Meanwhile,it could also lead to kinds of accidents directly or indirectly,which plant hidden danger for mine safety production.From the following three aspects,which were generation,transmission and acception of coal mine underground noise,methods and countermeasures of reducing,as well as resolving coal mine underground noisy hazard were presented.It was concluded that not only improving the current anti-noise technique,but enhancing mine public administration and strengthening anti-noise awareness of workers can reduce coal mine noisy harm.However,resolving coal mine underground noise thoroughly was a comprehensive puzzle,and that made it a necessitate of the whole development of coal industry,as well as rising attention to labour protection from all quarters of society.
