摘要:
煤矿井下取芯是准确判定煤层瓦斯、煤层和地层赋存情况的主要方法之一。受井下作业空间的限制以及待取煤(岩)层特征的影响,尤其是煤(岩)体破碎时,实现取芯往往很难。介绍一种煤矿井下绳索取芯技术,通过改进井下钻机及钻具,实现了煤矿井下高效取芯。井下绳索取芯岩芯采取率高,工人劳动强度低,其技术具有推广应该价值。
Abstract:
Underground coring is one of the primary methods to determine the coal gas, coal seam and stratigraphic occurrence. Affected by limited underground operation space and coal(rock) layer characteristics, particularly when coal(rock) body is broken, the core is often difficult to achieve. An underground mine rope coring technology was presented. Through improved underground drilling rigs and drilling tools, it achieved a highly efficient underground mine coring. Underground rope coring has high core recorery rate and low labor intensity, and the technology should be popularized.
