摘要:
为探究经济心理对建筑工人不安全行为决策的影响机制，基于心理账户理论，构建“经济心理-安全投入心理账户-不安全行为”的关系假设理论模型。以287名一线建筑工人为样本，采用结构方程模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明：经济收益心理预期对不安全行为存在显著直接促进作用，同时通过安全投入心理账户产生部分中介效应；经济压力感知对不安全行为存在直接促进作用；安全投入心理账户对不安全行为具有显著抑制作用，且对经济压力感知的敏感性（标准化因子载荷β=0.490）显著高于经济收益心理预期（β=0.366）；提出以“风险-收益再评估”为核心的干预管理框架。研究结果可为建筑施工安全管理提供新思路。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the influence mechanism of economic psychology on construction workers’ unsafe behavior decision-making,a theoretical hypothesis model illustrating the relationship among “economic psychology,safety investment mental account,and unsafe behavior” was constructed based on mental accounting theory.Using a sample of 287 frontline construction workers,empirical testing was conducted via structural equation modeling (SEM).The results indicate that the psychological expectation of economic gains exerts a significant direct promoting effect on unsafe behavior,while also generating a partial mediating effect through the safety investment mental account.The perception of economic pressure has a directly promoting effect on unsafe behavior.Additionally,the safety investment mental account exhibits a significant inhibitory effect on unsafe behavior,and its sensitivity to the perception of economic pressure (standardized factor loading β=0.490) is significantly higher than its sensitivity to the psychological expectation of economic gains (β=0.366).Furthermore,an intervention management framework centered on “risk-benefit reassessment” is proposed.The findings provide new insights for construction-site safety management.
