摘要:
为探索煤矿工人不安全行为影响因素的动态作用机理,综合文献计量分析、结构方程模型和数值仿真技术,通过367篇文献剖析煤矿工人不安全行为的影响因素,并基于JD-R理论建立煤矿工人不安全行为影响机理分析模型以及系统动力学仿真模型。研究结果表明:针对煤矿工人不安全行为扩散,工作资源的抑制作用由强至弱分别是安全文化、安全支持和教育培训;激励因素的抑制作用由强至弱分别是安全意识、满意度和安全态度;工作资源促进作用由强至弱分别是问责风险、作业压力和环境风险;损耗因素的促进作用由强至弱分别是生理疲劳、情绪耗竭和不安全心理。研究结果可为煤矿综合防控工人不安全行为扩散,制定行为安全管理政策提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to explore the dynamic mechanism underlying the influencing factors of unsafe behavior among coal miners,this study integrated bibliometric analysis,structural equation modeling,and numerical simulation techniques.Through the analysis of 367 articles,key influencing factors were identified,with both an impact mechanism analysis model and a system dynamics simulation model established based on JD-R theory.The results indicate that regarding the diffusion of unsafe behavior among coal miners,job resources exhibit suppressing effects in descending order of strength: safety culture (strongest),safety support,and education and training (weakest); Motivating factors demonstrate suppressing effects in decreasing order of strength: safety awareness (strongest),job satisfaction,safety attitude (weakest); Job resources demonstrate promoting effects in decreasing order of strength: accountability risk (strongest),operational pressure,environmental risk exposure (weakest); Job demands exert promoting effects in decreasing order of strength: physical fatigue (strongest),emotional exhaustion,unsafe psychological states (weakest).These results provide references for comprehensive prevention of unsafe behavior diffusion in coal miners and formulation of behavior-focused safety management policies.
