摘要:
为研究密封腔体中障碍物对玉米淀粉爆炸火焰温度的影响机制,通过改变粉尘浓度及障碍物的阻塞比等参数,探究粉尘爆炸过程中腔体内不同位置的温度变化规律。研究结果表明:玉米淀粉浓度、环形障碍物及其阻塞比均会对火焰温度分布以及峰值温度产生一定影响;另外,障碍物密封腔体中障碍物的出现是通过改变粉尘的分布进而影响火焰温度。研究结果可为玉米淀粉爆炸减灾技术的发展提供一定参考。
Abstract:
To study the influence mechanism of obstacles in the sealing cavity on the flame temperature of corn starch explosion,the temperature change laws at different positions of the cavity during the dust explosion were studied by changing the parameters such as the dust concentration and the blockage ratio of obstacles.The results show that all the concentration of corn starch,annular obstacles and their blockage ratios will affect the flame temperature distribution and the temperature peak.Through the quantitative analysis of the experimental results,it is found that the appearance of obstacles in the sealing cavity affects the flame temperature by changing the distribution of dust.The research results can provide some reference for the development of disaster reduction technologies of corn starch explosion.
