摘要:
为研究农村社区之间社会资本异质性程度、应对灾害韧性不同之处、社会资本对村民防洪意识的影响，选取3个不同类型农村社区作为调查对象，采用协方差结构模型分析认知社会资本、结构社会资本与村民自助互助意识各要素之间的作用关系。研究结果表明：认知社会资本中的信任和互惠程度、结构社会资本中的跨越型社会网络对自助互助意识均无显著影响；结构社会资本中的整合型社会网络对自助互助意识有显著正向影响；在城镇化程度越高的农村社区中，整合型社会网络越薄弱，自助互助意识越容易减退，建议通过增加村民的整合型社会网络，提高村民在防洪中自助互助意识，尤其在城镇化程度高的农村社区中应培育村民的整合型社会网络。研究结果对分类精准施策、提高村民防洪意识、发挥村民在防洪中主体作用、助力全面实现乡村灾害防治能力和防治体系现代化有一定现实意义。
Abstract:
In order to study the heterogeneity of social capital among rural communities,the difference in resilience to disasters,and the influence of social capital on villagers’ awareness of flood control,three different types of rural communities were selected as the survey objects,and the covariance structure model was used to analyze the action relationship between cognitive and structural social capital and the elements of villagers’ self-help and mutual assistance awareness.The results showed that both the degree of trust and reciprocity in cognitive social capital and the leapfrog social network in structural social capital had no significant influence on the self-help and mutual assistance awareness.The integrated social network in structural social capital had significant positive influence on self-help and mutual assistance awareness.In the rural communities with higher levels of urbanization,the weaker the integrated social network,the easier it was to reduce the self-help and mutual assistance awareness.Therefore,it was suggested that the self-help and mutual assistance awareness of villagers in flood control could be improved by increasing their integrated social network,with a particular focus on cultivating the integrated social network of villagers in highly urbanized rural communities.The research results have certain practical significance for classifying and implementing precise policies,improving villagers’ flood control awareness,exerting the main role of villagers in flood control,and assisting in the comprehensive realization of rural disaster prevention and control capabilities and modernization of the prevention and control system.
