摘要:
针对运输巷胶带蔓延火灾及火灾期间高温毒害烟气严重威胁下风侧人员和救援工作等问题,借助FDS软件构建运输巷胶带蔓延火灾模型,并基于水雾冷却降温和稀释阻挡火灾烟气扩散原理,研究胶带蔓延火灾烟气中的水雾阻烟抑制性能影响因素。结果表明:水雾对运输巷的胶带蔓延火灾具有冷却和熄灭作用,可减缓或者抑制蔓延火灾的进一步发展,对水雾下风侧的火灾救援具有积极作用;水雾对高温火灾烟气颗粒扩散具有阻挡、冷却、吸附和凝聚作用,且通过减小通风速度,选择向下喷射设置多层高密度和大流量的水雾可提高阻烟效果;在水雾水源中添加特定的促溶剂,可提高水雾对难溶性烟气颗粒的吸附和阻挡效果。研究结果为运输巷的防排烟设计以及对火灾下风侧烟气蔓延控制和救援具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the belt spreading fire and the high-temperature toxic smoke during the fire in the transportation roadway seriously threaten the personnel on the downwind side and the rescue work,the FDS software was used to build a model of belt spreading fire in the transportation roadway.Based on the principle of water mist cooling and dilution to block the diffusion of fire smoke,the influencing factors of the smoke blocking and suppression performance of water mist in the belt spreading fire smoke were studied.The results showed that the water mist had the cooling and extinguishing effect on the belt spreading fire in the transportation roadway,and could slow down or inhibit the further development of spreading fire,and played the positive role to the fire rescue on the downwind side of water mist.The water mist had the blocking,cooling,absorbing and condensing effect on the diffusion of high-temperature fire smoke particles,and by reducing the ventilation velocity,choosing to downward spray the water mist setting with multiple layers,high density and larger flow rate could improve the smoke blocking effect.Adding the specific chaotropic agent to the water mist source could improve the absorption and blocking effect of the water mist on the insoluble smoke particles.The research results are of great significance for the smoke prevention and exhaust design of the transportation roadway,as well as the control and rescue of the smoke spread on the downwind side of fire.
